Systemic Coaching
Specialties
Systemic coach training is experiential and deep, with multiple
demonstrations and exercises, with themes of observational excellence, pattern
detection and relationship competence.Systemic coach courses are intensely practical,
with enough theory and discussion for the systemic skills to be understood and effectively applied.
Coach training is appropriate for most helping professionals,
and for existing coaches and therapists who wish to expand their abilities to
include effective systemic changework.
Most Coaching courses are
2 to 5 days. Coach training is by Martyn Carruthers,
either as in-house or public training. In-service tutorials and supervision are
also available.

Pain Control
Relief of long-term pain requires complete training in Soulwork
Systemic Coaching, and is described at
Long-Term Pain Relief. Competence in the short-term
pain control techniques included in this course requires basic competence
in synesthesia and interactive healing metaphors
(both are taught in Soulwork
3 training).
- Dissociation: moving the sense of self outside the body
- Pain Dissociation: moving the sense of pain outside the body
- Pain Displacement: moving pain into another part of the body
- Pain Substitution: transforming pain into something else
- Hypno-analgesia suggested anesthesia - local pain control

How can you coach people to duplicate the unconscious components of expert

7 training includes three days of experiential training in the basic components of expert

deal with the deaths of other relatives, colleagues and friends. This
includes the deaths of children and young adults, and the
consequences of abortion. (Soulwork 4 training includes 2 days of how to
dissolve "entanglements" with dead people, with a focus on suicide and abortion.

How to coach parents to minimize the likelihood of their children
developing learning disabilities, or to alleviate the systemic disturbances that
disturb a child's learning abilities. Learning disabilities are part of our systemic
counseling program, which finds many learning disabilities to be a product of
immature parenting or emotional incest. See

For Soulwork Coach
graduates who want NLP Practitioner and/or NLP Master Practitioner
certification (two courses). These courses teach carefully
selected NLP skills, focusing on integrity communication and modeling
excellence. We discuss and demonstrate the consequences to individuals and
relationships of common NLP "interventions". We also demonstrate
how many NLP interventions can be reversed and re-coached appropriately.

How can you coach emergency and volunteer workers to use their talents and

readily adapted for firefighters, police and security agencies, paramedics and

9: Relationship Diagnosis
The concepts of family constellations and family matrix
reveal how family members connect and bond in love and in guilt. Our unconscious
knowledge of our families include the actions of our ancestors - leading to
a Soulwork idiom - "There's no such thing as family secrets".
Many people help their loved ones carry a difficult burden by sacrificing
their own health and fulfillment. Family Constellations reveal deep insights
into unconscious conflicts and provides explanations and solutions for
unhappy relationships, difficult lives, chronic disease and even a readiness
to die. This training is also incorporated
into Soulwork 1 (Relationship Diagnosis),
Soulwork 4 (Issues
of Identity) and Soulwork 5 (Relationship Bonds).
10: Team Training
Soulwork Team Training shows how team members are connected and bonded.
Our not-conscious knowledge of our team and team leaders includes the fate
of our predecessors. Many team members help their colleagues by sacrificing
their own competence and promotion. Team Training provides deep insights
into unconscious conflicts and provides explanations and solutions for
unhappy teams, excluded team members and hidden agendas.
