Productivity Control & Performance Management

Executives and management teams control productivity by managing organizational structure and processes - the relationships, resources and communications that enable the production of goods and services. An executive or manager who understands systemic management is able to:

  • evaluate a system
  • articulate a system
  • perceive risks to a system
  • reduce stress in a system
  • predict consequences to a system
  • provide effective systemic solutions

As an organizational system includes many interdependent variables, organizational problems can rarely be solved at the level of the problem. Critical variables exist in the management structure, employee relationships, organizational culture, productivity and quality of service. These variables are inter-related - changing one changes the others.

Our systemic diagnosis traces and charts the relationships and dynamics between these variables. A skilled outsider can often provide a richer systemic diagnosis than an insider. Our systemic diagnosis includes relationship diagnosis and goal diagnosis - exposes the often-invisible patterns that affect strategic planning.
