Getting Started with Systemic Management Coaching

Systemic management coaching demands a practical knowledge and experience of systemic diagnosis in relationship management and strategic planning; and the potential drawbacks and obstacles in the older styles of coaching. You can integrate and apply systemic coaching into your leadership style; and you can enjoy using a proven overall methodology with effective tools.

Archaic, Classical & Systemic Coaching

Systemic coaching need not replace archaic or classical coaching. Each offers complementary leadership tools for different types of organizations.

  • Archaic coaching may be useful for managing rural or religious communities which seek the help of esoteric entities. Archaic coaching skills can be wonderful where weather and other environmental factors create problems.
  • Classical coaching may be useful when managing simple organizations that are in equilibrium (or changing slowly) in stable environments. Classical coaching skills can be wonderful in predictable and controllable situations.
  • Systemic coaching is useful when managing complex organizations in changing environments. Systemic coaching skills can be wonderful in chaotic situations where there are strong pressures and ambiguous objectives.

Partnership & Family Coaching

Sometimes you may bring your partnership and family problems to work - whether you want to or not. Systemic coaching can include coaching for your intimate partner, so that you and your partner fully appreciates each other's position and tasks.

Systemic coaching includes couple coaching for you and your partner simultaneously, to clean up any disagreements or "unfinished business" that can interfere with and limit your performance at work - and your happiness at home.

Leadership Development

Your performance as a leader or manager will reflect your knowledge on how people and organizations change and develop. This requires a deep understanding of your business with strong strategic planning and relationship management skills.

Executive coaching helps leaders maximize their leadership potential. Through diagnostic feedback, managers learn how to apply themselves to peak performance, in alignment with the organization's strategies and culture.

Typical Coaching Programs

All programs are tailored to your unique environment, history and goals. Translation can be provided and "expert coaching teams" are available that include lawyers, psychologists and physicians.

A manager Fast Track program could include 6 months of personal coaching sessions every 2 or 3 weeks, with one or two couple coaching sessions, and email/telephone support.

Outplacement support might involve twelve four 2 hour weekly coaching sessions over three months, with one or two couple coaching sessions, followed by weekly telephone coaching sessions, with email support for a further 3 months.
