Phase 3: Duplicating Expertise

People experience the world through their senses, but interpret the world through their logic and emotions, leading to different understanding of reality and different performance strategies. Expert Modeling provides a rapid and cost-effective performance boost to individual performance and to organizational productivity. Phase 1 activities provide a knowledge base of behavioral micro-skills that can be analyzed and sequenced into models of competence. Phase 2 activities expand and test the knowledge base until a final coherent model provides competent performance approaching that of the original experts.
