Systemic Coaching Solutions

A Helping Foot

Most leaders want to continuously improve the production and quality of their organization's products or services. Many leaders have tried or excluded trial-and-error, or poaching employees from other organizations. More realistic choices include:

  • hiring external consultants
  • creating internal coaches
  • using existing coaching programs

The Japanese philosophy of kaizen - continuous improvement - is integrated into Systemic Solutions. We identify strategic plans to worthwhile goals and we dissolve whatever prevents their achievement - progressively and effectively. We provide tools, strategies, supports and structures to fine-tune and realize organizational visions. We can lend a helping hand - or a helping foot.

Increases in productivity are best driven by sustainable growth (as opposed to acquisitions, price slashing, and expansion). Sustainable growth requires that principles be consistently demonstrated and communicated; and results in a loyal base of employees and customers that provides the best (unpaid) promotion.

All organizations depend on dynamic, flexible communication between executives and staff. Executives, managers and supervisors can learn to apply Systemic Solutions to communicate an organization's strategy, methods and rules. They can also support employees through changing environments, and provide clear perspectives. Organizational success depends on this essential communication.

Bonds between executives and employees consist of information, emotion and communication, both verbal and non-verbal. The quality of communication makes the difference between failure, survival and success. Successful managers can appreciate and use the counsel of both executives and staff. Alert managers can benefit from communications from subordinates, who often communicate essential information by non-verbal implication. (Subordinates often appreciate managerial challenges better than the managers).

A solution-focused environment forms a basis for identifying and realizing organizational visions; by providing executive relationship skills, management coaching, strategic organizational solutions, expert modeling or success coaching.

We provide on-site corporate and leadership solutions in seminars, workshops and retreats:

  • external consultants
  • internal coaches
  • coaching programs
