Relationships are an integral aspect of human
behavior. Our Relationship Modeling is a methodical approach
to extend systemic coaching as we explore relationship structures and networks in human systems.
Relationship models define the topology of human relationship systems, the
rational-emotional space in which people interact. Relationship modeling
can explore the implications of existing or proposed human configurations
such as couples, families, teams or organizations. We can also
identify and analyze opportunities available to human systems.
Our Relationship modeling also investigates four types of
conscious attention:
denial, reaction, anticipation and co-construction.

| Global |
A global society is our current ultimate context.
Organizations cannot ignore competition from companies half a globe
away.
We are learning painful lessons about
pollution and our environment. Short-term practices are increasingly
understood in terms of long term costs and damages.
Communication technologies blur distances. Most
sources of information are readily available; and every potential vendor or market is local.
Human beings across the planet are learning how to influence each
other globally. |
Transference & Entanglements
As transferences, identity loss and other relationship entanglements seem to be the primary
barriers against harmonious relationships, we have developed many systemic
coaching solutions for problematic relationships.
Prejudice & Discrimination
Prejudice and discrimination seem to be secondary barriers
against quality relationships. In any group of people, there is likely to be at
least one person who has suffered from prejudice and discrimination.
It can be difficult to
recognize and change your own prejudice. There is evidence that awareness
training of discriminatory issues risks increasing prejudice if
the training causes participants to feel guilty about their emotional reactions.
Although such guilt may becomes motivation for change, more likely guilty people
will avoid and deny their guilt, and show dysfunctional behavior in that
context.
Our systemic coach training includes remedies for dissolving
these entanglements.
