Sex & Motivation
Human motivation and creativity profoundly reflects human
sexuality. Soulwork systemic coaching helps people become emotionally
mature, find healthy partners, become parents, protect children and
assist children to become independent.
As sexuality reaches almost every part of life, any issue
connected to sexuality will likely generate emotional and political controversy.
Also, while pornography and masturbation are often called
victimless crimes, the victims of pornography are the partners and future
partners of sex addicts; and the children who find themselves burdened with
sexual fantasies.
Repression predicts Obsession
After millennia of sexual repression, many people are obsessed with sex and
express sexual behavior chaotically. Deviant sexual obsessions include
urges to control the sexual expressions of other people.
Sex is often a forbidden obsession. Murder, robbery, pollution, corruption
and wasted resources are acceptable themes for TV and cinema for young
audiences, while some people will obsessively strive to censor and control
expressions of human sexuality.
The hypocrisy can be stunning. An exposed female breast during a football
game can outrage the nation providing the world's largest pornography
export, while murder victims are acceptable children's
viewing.

Soulwork Systemic Coaching supports and motivates people to achieve
goals and resolve problems. Depending on needs and resources, a coach provides
resources, exercises, homework, and assists you through difficult situations. We
also offer pre-abortion and post-abortion coaching to help you avoid really unpleasant
consequences of abortion.
Relationship Diagnosis & Sexual Addictions
Soulwork Systemic Coaching first identifies if a person is in crisis, and
then makes a relationship diagnosis. Issues of guilt and conflicts are
addressed, so that goals may be defined with integrity. Relationship bonds and
emotional trauma can be resolved, and mentorship provided. Relationship
diagnosis is particularly important for resolving sexual addictions.
What is Sex Addiction?
Sexual addiction can include many activities: excessive masturbation, internet
pornography, using prostitutes, voyeurism, exhibitionism,
multiple sexual affairs, serial relationships, and other sexual behaviors. Casual behavior
becomes an addiction if you repeat the activity without control, even when
you suffer unpleasant consequences.

Couple Coaching
Soulwork Couple Coaching is normally offered during private sessions, either
in a clinic or at a couple's home. We strive to provide a coaching couple
(partners who are both coaches) to work together with a client couple. This can
avoid any sense of 2 against 1, and helps ensure that solutions include both
male and female orientation.
Coaching people to dissolve sexual problems requires delicacy. The stages of
sexual response typically follow a period of flirtation and romantic
preparedness. Without a period or romantic verbal foreplay, any sexual foreplay
may be rebuffed - or sex may become more businesslike, without romance and
intimacy. Each stage of sexual arousal may be sabotaged.

Sexual Harassment at Work
Sexuality in the workplace is a touchy subject, and the number of lawsuits
concerning sexual harassment are increasing. Soulwork Team Coaching is normally
offered at a retreat where a team can be together with minimal disturbances, or
at the workplace.
It is often cost-effective for a team leader to invite a Soulwork Trainer to
join an annual meeting or
conference. A Soulwork Trainer can offer a package of short workshops, team
coaching and individual sessions, usually over 2-5 days, often with a follow-up
day after about 4-6 weeks.
