Systemic Management Training

Systemic Coaching ... Systemic Coach Training ... Your Next Step

Training you to think and learn systematically requires that we learn from each other.

Do you want to improve your core competencies for management and leadership? Systemic Solutions focus on the connections between individuals and their organizations - creating policies and models that provide a basis for organizational culture and ecology. We focus on assisting you with manage your organization's direction, relationships and communication.

Effective leadership includes analyzing information, planning, decision making and managing people. These skills enable managers to provide consistently high performance and service standards. In any organization, relationships and communication are primary leadership tools.

An effective leader controls resources - training, morale, trust, initiative and command. To a lesser degree, a leader controls supplies, placement, movements, loyalty and courage. Yet competition and chance may defy all planning.

Although a leader can change plans when obstacles or opportunities appear, a team that is not ready and willing to respond can bring the best plans to nothing. Survival doesn't only depend on ability - survival also depends on luck, skill, resolve and the power of opponents.

When team members integrate their subjective and objective experience to construct models of reality, they communicate their models as behavioral rules. An effective leader can elicit, recognize and change these rules to create and maintain skills, motivation and inspiration. A leader does this while forming a team of people who can work together with minimal intervention. Leadership can include:

  • Experiential training for knowledge, understanding and competence
  • Demonstrations, exercises, role-playing and trance-learning
  • Integrated accelerated learning, expert modeling and systemic clarification
  • Cost-effective programs integrated into retreats or annual meetings
